Silverado Ranch is a master-planned community located in the southeast section of the Las Vegas valley, near Green Valley. Silverado Ranch started construction in the late 1990's and already has a wide selection of its own stores, theaters and shopping centers.
There are several builders involved in Silverado Ranch including Astoria Homes, K B Homes and American West Development. The community has a variety of housing options from small single-family homes to luxury houses in private gated communities. Prices start around $300,000.

The largest of these (10,000 square feet) is Silverado Ranch Park, a fabulous facility offering a skate park, softball fields, a walking track, picnic shelters, barbecue areas, a playground and an amphitheater.
