Desert Shores was first conceived in 1988 and the homes were built in stages
      throughout the early to mid 1990's. Desert Shores homes are situated in what can
      be truly referred to as an oasis in the desert. Located in the northwest portion of

      restaurants and retail within 10 minutes or less. The 95 freeway and Summerlin
      Parkway connect residents to the rest of the valley within minutes. The Las Vegas Strip
      is 20 minutes away and McCarran International Airport is yours in half an hour.
